We will be kicking off the 2014 Ba re e ne re Literature Festival on Friday, September 5 at 5pm at Alliance Francaise. We will have an opening reception with refreshments, remarks by Festival Director Lineo Segoete and ‘Mantsane Rantekoa, live music, student writing awards and a keynote talk by accomplished writer Niq Mhlongo.
The theme for this year’s festival is “Inspiring the future & preserving the past”. We hope to see you throughout the weekend at the various events.
